Studio hours - Monday through Friday 11 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time). We are open most Sundays during
the summer. Closed Saturdays, which are reserved for Oliver, our three-year old grandson.
If we are not in the studio, our answering machine is always available to take phone orders, and we
check our messages frequently.

Earthues Damaged Shipment Return Policy
Your package left our studio in perfect condition, but we realize that sometimes products can be
damaged in shipment. Should you receive a shipment that is damaged or is missing items, please
contact us immediately. We will work with you to rectify the problem and get you back to your creative
endeavors.

Earthues carries a full line of natural dyes in both extract and raw form for the eco-artisan. We also stock a
supply of handmade textile brushes from Asia and Europe, and will be adding unique fabrics and other
artists' supplies soon.
We are in the process of setting up an online, secure, ordering system. In the meantime, you can order by
calling us at 206-789-1065. We accept VISA, Mastercard. Most orders are filled and shipped within two days
of receipt. We ship via UPS ground service or US Postal Service. If you require faster shipping service,
please let us know and we will be happy to assist you with other shipping alternatives. If you'd like to send us
